In General
Nick is involved in mountaineering, climbing and ski touring. He has climbed the most impressive headwalls of Greece (Varasova, Meteora, Olympus, Astraka, Gkamila, Giona, Vardousia). He has also climbed in the Alps ( Adolph Rey, Entrev, Triangle tu Taucul, Dent du Geant, Grand Cappuccin etc) and in the Dolomites, in France, Italy, Switzerland and Romania he has cimpleted rock climbing, ice climbing and mixed climbing routes.
He has taken part in mountaineering expeditions in the mountains of Kashmir, in the Indo-Caucasian Mountain range. He has extensive climbing and mountaineering experience in many Greek headwalls (Varasova, Meteora, Olympus, Astraka, Gkamila, Giona, Vardousia) and has traced new routes in Greek mountains.
He has successfully participated in the expedition of HFMC in Kashmir, Indian Himalayas, having completed the first ascend of a 5947m summit and tracing a new route in Skilma Kangri 6020m.
He also loves ski touring and backcountry sking and has completed notable traverses, ascents and descents in Greece and abroad (Andorra, France, Switzerland, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Georgia).
He teaches in all training levels as Trainer in charge in mountaineering, climbing and ski touring courses of associations that are members of HFMC.
He is a member of HMGA andan instructor at the Public Vocational Training Institute of Aghios Stefanos.
