Giona is the highest mountain in Central Greece in the prefecture of Fokida, between Parnassos and Vardousia. In ancient times it was known as Mount Aselinon. From the highest peak of the Pyramid at 2,510 meters, we can have an incredible descent of up to 1,000 meters altitude difference!
